Service Description

This workshop is designed to help parents understand more about Maths Anxiety; what it is, what can cause it, and how to spot it. The workshop also looks at various ways to help children with anxiety - both to support children to be able to identify their emotions and feelings, and to signpost parents to useful resources, such as guided relaxation sessions or games so children develop a 'bank' of techniques and strategies they find helpful.
